MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our sucessful Key Accounts Sales Department located in Latvia, Germany and Poland.

- Generate modules and components sales in national and international defined markets (Nordic countries and Eastern Europe)
- Closure of supply relationships with Key Accounts, this shall include:
- Intensive cultivation of relationships with local Key Accounts and acquisition of new ones
- Acquisition of new Key Accounts by locating account’s decision makers and building stable sales relationship
- Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer
- Coordination with all internal departments to solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account
- Closing supply contracts
- Ensuring of high customer satisfaction at all times
- Representation of the company’s brand in front of sales accounts
- Creation of awareness and demand for company products
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times
- Documentation of the sales process and ensuring high data accuracy
