Sales Manager Key Accounts - Nordics (m/f/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our sucessful Key Accounts Sales Department located in Latvia, Germany and Poland. 

Your main responsabilities will be:

  • Generate modules and components sales in national and international defined markets (Nordic countries and Eastern Europe)
  • Closure of supply relationships with Key Accounts, this shall include:
    • Intensive cultivation of relationships with local Key Accounts and acquisition of new ones
    • Acquisition of new Key Accounts by locating account’s decision makers and building stable sales relationship
    • Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer
    • Coordination with all internal departments to solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account
    • Closing supply contracts
  • Ensuring of high customer satisfaction at all times
  • Representation of the company’s brand in front of sales accounts
  • Creation of awareness and demand for company products
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times
  • Documentation of the sales process and ensuring high data accuracy

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure, high flexibility and willingness/ability to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
LANGUAGES
  • Fluent English 
  • Any other language will be a plus
LOCATION
  • Poland (remote)
Your backpack is filled with
  • Prior experience in PV sector as sales or business development professional
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management
  • Well connected with key EPC and Development players
  • Good command in MS Office and experience in CRM Systems, ideally SalesForce
