Sales Manager Inverters (m/f/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Sales Manager Power Electronics, to join our newly established sales team dedicated to Inverters & Energy Storage solutions in the EMEA region. 

In this role, you will be driving sales in Central & Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Czechia, Romania, etc.)

Key responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the continued development of the solar inverter and storage product pipeline in central and Eastern EU to achieve individual and company sales goals.
  • Analysis and acquisition of new customers in the Power Electronics segment and further development of existing accounts in the B2B business set up.
  • Building sustainable customer relationships through regular on-site visits.
  • Regular presence at trade fairs and attending customer-related events.
  • Profound knowledge of own and competitor Power Electronics product portfolios.
  • Negotiating all contractual conditions; preparations of quotes.
  • Strong collaboration with the Power Electronics Business Development and the Technical Service teams. 
  • Regularly tracking sales targets and reporting progress to sales management. 
  • Monitoring market developments and making reliable forecasts.
  • Interface to order processing regarding supply, delivery, and payments.

LANGUAGES
  • Fluent in English,
  • Good knowledge in Czech or Slovak, Polish, 
  • any other languages will be an advantage
LOCATION
  • Remote in Central / Eastern EU, preferred in Slovakia, Czechia 
Your backpack is filled with
  • Degree in Engineering preferred, alternatively business administration with experience in technical field.
  • Good technical skills in power electronics products (inverters and energy storage solutions)
  • Well-connected in the solar business with at least 5 years working experience 
  • Strong network with existing installers and EPC customers 
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account penetration strategy/plan
  • Familiar with the pursuing interests of the players in the different solar sectors 
  • High proficiency of MS Office applications and Sales Force.com
