- Blueprint: Convert business requirements into comprehensive solution blueprints, and identify gaps, translating them into functional specification documents for internal and external delivery teams.
- Solution design: Lead the end-to-end (E2E) solution delivery process, from gathering user requirements to delivering high-quality solutions and services that align with business needs. Ensure seamless coordination of deliverables and manage dependencies with MM & FICO teams, both technical and functional, to meet project or change request (CR) milestones.
- SAP Configuration: Demonstrate in-depth expertise in configuring SAP SD and FICO modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of system functionalities.
- Change management: Collaborate closely with HQ IT and key stakeholders across change and release management, configuration management, test management, and the service delivery organization to design and deliver SD and FICO solutions, serving as the primary solution architect throughout the process.
- Define Project Framework: Clearly define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, outlining team structure, resource allocation, communication strategies, and risk management processes.
- Cross-Module Integration: Lead the integration of multiple SAP modules, including SAP SD, MM, PP, FICO, SRM, and CRM, to provide cohesive support for project management. Leverage cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives with broader organizational goals.
- Project Delivery & Compliance: Manage the successful delivery of migration, roll-in projects, and service activities, ensuring that all solutions and services adhere to security policies, compliance standards, and established controls
- Analyze and Resolve System Issues: Provide expert-level support by diagnosing and resolving complex SAP issues across various modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and timely resolution of incidents.
- System Enhancements and Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements within SAP, configuring modules such as SD and FICO to optimize performance and meet evolving business needs.
- User Training and support: Deliver comprehensive training to end-users on newly developed functionalities and ensure ongoing support by addressing queries, troubleshooting, and providing technical expertise to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
