Sales Manager Key Accounts, MENA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To strengthen our business in the MENA region, we are seeking a Chinese Speaking Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. 

  • Develop and Increase Utility customer base and identify opportunities in the MENA region
  • Generate modules and components sales in the MENA Utility market
  • Closure of supply relationships with Key Accounts, this shall include:
  • Intensive cultivation of relationships with local Key Accounts and acquisition of new ones
  • Acquisition of new Key Accounts by locating account’s decision makers and building stable sales relationship
  • Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer
  • Coordination with all internal departments to solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account;
  • Closing supply contracts 
  • Ensuring of high customer satisfaction at all times
  • Representation of the company’s brand in front of sales accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times
  • Creation of awareness and demand for company products in the market with the relevant stakeholders
  • Development of underlying business plan in alignment with dedicated Sales Manager and presentation of business opportunity to internal stakeholders
  • Delivering targeted revenue and margin contributions in alignment with the overall sales activities and strategies

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
LOCATION

Your backpack is filled with
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Must be located in Dubai
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management for PV modules and/or other solar components
  • Well connected with key EPC and Development players
  • Good command in MS Office and experience in CRM Systems, ideally SalesForce
