MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a proactive Product Manager and Technical Sales Support specialist to drive product success and market growth in the MENA region. In this role, you will define product requirements, lead promotional initiatives, and provide technical sales support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns, ensure product compatibility, and support sales inquiries, driving revenue growth and strengthening our competitive position in the renewable energy sector.

- Perform market research and gather customer feedback on current products, technologies, and applications, as well as future trends, to inform product development and promotional strategies.
- Define product requirements and develop the product roadmap for the MENA region, ensuring alignment with the EMEA strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for new products, product improvements, customization, and services in collaboration with HQ stakeholders, using standardized logic.
- Collect and analyze research input from the Market Intelligence & Strategy and Technical Departments, consolidating market insights to prepare and present strategic recommendations.
- Engage with other PV component suppliers to ensure product compatibility.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and monitor and support certification processes.
- Standardize processes and develop policies, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Manage product programs and related campaigns in English, French, and Arabic.
- Collaborate with management, product managers, sales professionals, and industry experts to produce relevant regional content.
- Develop social media campaigns and marketing materials in English, French, and Arabic.
- Manage customer awareness initiatives, conduct customer visits, and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide technical sales support by responding to sales inquiries related to technical or contract matters, resolving technical questions, and completing technical questionnaires.
- Accompany sales managers on customer visits, deliver product presentations, conduct training for customers and the sales team, host webinars, and participate in customer events.
- Assist with project design and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define, refine, and optimize technical terms during contract negotiations.
- Develop technical sales tools, demonstration kits, and technical sales documentation.
