SALES MANAGER RESIDENTIAL ENERGY STORAGE SOLUTIONS (m/f/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As Germany accelerates its energy transition, residential battery storage is the critical missing piece - maximizing solar self consumption, reducing grid independence, and empowering homeowners with clean energy independence.
As a Sales Manager Residential Storage, you will drive adoption of our cutting-edge storage solutions. If you are passionate about closing the gap between the solar generation & 24/7 renewable usage, this is your chance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
  • Educate the market - Shift mindsets from "solar-only" to "solar & storage" by demonstrating true energy independence
  • Grow our pipeline - Hunt new installer/EPC partners while deepening relationships with existing accounts
  • Be the expert - Leverage your technical knowledge to position our solutions against competitors
  • Close Strategic Deals - Structure tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Represent Canadian Solar - Be the face of our company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Champion Customer Excellence – Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding installers’ and homeowners’ unique needs.

LANGUAGES
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
LOCATION
  • Germany
Your backpack is filled with
  • 5+ years in solar/storage sales with an existing network of installers and EPCs.
  • Deep technical knowledge of residential battery systems (string inverter experience a plus).
  • Proven closer – able to develop account penetration strategies and hit targets.
  • Bilingual fluency (German + English) with sharp negotiation skills.
  • Engineering or Business degree with passion for renewable energy tech.
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
