ABOUT US
As a Manager of Technical Support Power Electronics, you will be a key member of the Technical Management Team, reporting directly to the Director of our product centre in HQ China. You will collaborate across departments, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Tech Support teams to support our inverter/ PCS products - the product range will cover from residential, commercial, and utility.
In this role, you will lead the team to provide technical and installation support for our Canadian Solar inverter products within EMEA region.
Your primary goal will be to guide these teams to deliver exceptional in-house support to colleagues and premium service to customers.
As part of the product centre, you will work closely with product management team, R&D team in China, Customer Service, Sales and order fulfilment team, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions.
