MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (German speaking) to join our team:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for customers regarding all inquiries related to the order fulfilment process, logistics, and order documentation
- Execution of Sales Orders. Focus market: DACH region
- Track delivery status and manage delivery details to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely approvals in CRM to maintain efficient workflow
- Perform risks and delays analysis and maintain accurate information in SAP to mitigate potential issues and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate closely with internal divisions including HQ, Sales, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Finance, Technical, and Legal to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
