MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our successful Key Accounts Europe Sales Team with a focus on the Central & Eastern European region. You will be responsible for generating business through both existing and new key accounts and be the primary point of contact for these clients, offering specialized solutions, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for new business, with the objective of achieving continuous volume growth. 
 
Main responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for designated markets (CEE).
  • Generate sales of modules and components in national and international markets. 
  • Establish supply relationships with major customers, partners and key accounts including:
    1. Cultivate relationships with local key accounts and acquire new ones.
    2. Identify decision makers and build stable sales relationships with new key accounts.
    3. Negotiate price, volume, contract terms, and conditions with customers.
    4. Coordinate with internal departments to address any commercial, technical and/or financial objections from key accounts.
    5. Close supply contracts.
  • Maintain close relationships with key existing customer base always ensuring high customer satisfaction and develop new relationships with potential customers to further grow the business.
  • Represent the company and brand professionally at industry events to create awareness and demand for products, attracting new accounts and establishing a strong presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and external regulations.
  • Documentation of the sales process and maintaining high data accuracy.

  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure, high flexibility and willingness/ability to travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
LANGUAGES
  • Fluency in English
  • Any Central and Eastern European languages will be an advantage.
LOCATION

  • Remote within Central or Eastern Europe
Your backpack is filled with
  • University degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. 
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or project management within the solar or energy industry, preferably with experience in technical sales. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • Well-connected with key EPC and Development/IPP players. 
  • In-depth understanding of the solar energy market, including PV (photovoltaic) and ESS (Energy Storage Systems) technologies. 
  • Good command in MS Office and experience in CRM Systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
