Marketing Intern / working student (m/f/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Start date: November 2024
Contract duration: 6 months / Part-time or Full-time contract


We are seeking a working student or intern who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn! As part of our international Marketing team, the main responsibilities will be:
 
• Support the EMEA marketing team with current projects, especially trade fairs and events
• Active support and further coordination of our social media activities
• Support the online marketing area with the creation of newsletters, the organization of webinars and video preparation
• Update marketing material such as brochures, presentations, flyers and banners and keep the website up-to-date
• Organize the printing and sending of marketing materials to customers
• Collect data (lead capture), evaluate it and create corresponding reports

  • Writing skills and creativity
  • High accountability, specially when working with confidential data
LANGUAGES
  • Fluent English and German
  • Any other language is a plus

  • Munich: Radlkofer Str. 2, 81373
Your backpack is filled with
  • Business studies with a focus on marketing, communication/PR or online marketing (completed basic studies) 
  • Ideally already some practical experience in marketing 
  • Professional handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sound knowledge of design and editing programs such as InDesign and Photoshop desirable
  • Ideally already some experience with marketing automation programmes such as Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot for mailings and WordPress for websites

  • Unterstützung vom  EMEA-Marketingteam bei aktuellen Projekten, insbesondere bei Messen und Events
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Aktivitäten beteiligt
  • Unterstützung von der Online-Marketing-Abteilung bei der Erstellung von Newslettern, der Organisation von Webinaren und der Videobearbeitung
  • Du aktualisierst Marketingmaterialien wie Broschüren, Präsentationen, Flyer und Banner 
  • Du organisierst den Druck und Versand von Marketingmaterialen an Kunden
  • Du stellst Daten zusammen, werten diese aus und erstellen entsprechende Berichte

  • Fließende Deutsch- und   Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,  
  • Weitere   Sprachen sind von Vorteil

Was Du mitbringst
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation/PR oder Online-Marketing (abgeschlossenes Grundstudium) 
  • Idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing 
  • Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gestaltungs- und Bearbeitungsprogrammen wie InDesign und Photoshop wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Marketing-Automatisierungsprogrammen wie Pardot, Marketo oder HubSpot für Mailings und WordPress für Websites
