Sales Manager Power Electronics, Spain (m/f/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To strengthen our business in EMEA we are seeking a Sales Manager Power Electronics in Spain. 
The respective person will determine, understand, develop and manage opportunities in the Power electronics residential field.

  • Responsible for market share and sales targets in the region
  • Analyze and acquisition of new customers in the distribution and installation sector and further development of existing accounts
  • Building sustainable customer relationships through regular on-site visits
  • Regular presence at trade fairs and customer-related events
  • Good knowledge of own and competitor product portfolios (mainly modules and inverter)
  • Negotiating all contractual conditions; preparations of quotes
  • Market monitoring, ability to make reliable forecasts
  • Interface to order processing regarding supply, delivery and payments
  • Participation in the by-weekly calls and regular presence in Munich headquarter

  • Willingness to travel (appr. 25%)
LANGUAGES
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish for the vacancy in Spain, any other languages will be an advantage
LOCATION
  • Madrid (Spain) or remote in Spain
Your backpack is filled with
  • Business studies or Technical background such as electronics or engineering studies
  • WELL CONNECTED in the field of solar business with appr. 3-5 years working experience 
  • Good technical skills as well of modules or inverters
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account penetration strategy/plan
  • Familiar with the pursuing interests of the players in the different solar sectors (distributor, medium and big sized installers 
  • High proficiency of MS Office applications and Sales Force.com
